Sledding

The scale is always a nice motivation to keep going especially since I have lost 53 lbs and recently dropped below 300 for the 1st time in 3 years. But the biggest motivation by far is being able to not just watch my children go sledding but being able to participate, And from the laughter and smiles Im pretty sure my kids enjoyed it as well. Thank God for everything he has given me in my life. emoticon

Forgiveness

I think that forgiveness is the key to happiness and that is the key to being a positive person in general. It all starts with forgiveness. The ability to forgive ourselves when we make mistakes, the ability to forgive others for things they do that hurt us, and knowing that god forgives us helps me control my own happiness making everyday positive for me.

Family

I think that i have the best sister-in-laws and mother of all time. They are in no way in need of weight loss or shaping they are beautiful. They make an effort to work out with me every chance they get..Without them I dont know if i would have the level of commitment needed to force myself to workout 3-4 times a week. They make it fun and something I look forward to every week. I just want to thank them for the support.
