How to Get those 5 fruits and veggies daily is to have 2 fruits/veggies for breakfast - spinach omelette, diced fruit in cereal, breakfast quiche w/ tomatoes, etc.
The night before work, I use sandwich baggies and storage containers to add pre-measured food items to my lunch sack. I include 3-5 servings of fruits and veggies. Then I store these in the refrigerator overnight and grab it to go in the morning.
