when going to your local grocery store its better to do all your shopping on the outside of the isles. you have your fruits and vegges, salads, healthy dressings, dairy, orange juice, poultry items, seafood, etc. try to skip the middle isles

Eat Sunbutter instead of peanut butter

A friend told me about this product. i tried it and it was really good.

its the small changes that count.

I do this literally every morning when packing my luch for work .
nstead of two slices of bread make it one just like the bag says and have an open face sandwhich.

also you can use english muffin bread to make a sandwhich.

Grapefruit juice( non concentrate) or if you prefer freash... with apple cider vinager ,orange juice and honey

me and my husband drink this 2 x daily before 2 meals.mix grapefruit juice ( grapefruit Fat Burner) and apple cider vinegar. mix 1 cup of grapefruit juice with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, stir, and enjoy. The juice is loaded with vitamin C, which will help you burn fat faster, especially during exercise. Meanwhile, the acetic acid contained in the vinegar may switch on genes your body needs to pump out fat-burning proteins. If you find it bit tart, add 1 tsp of honey for sweetness.
