If you have a water glass with a straw, using a Q-tip will help clean the straw, the place where the straw goes and the mouth piece. It is the perfect size for mine. Of course it does depends on the size. You can also use a chopstick to push the Q-tip through the straw to clean all the way down.
If you have a stability ball and you play the sports games on Wii, try sitting on the ball. You will use more muscles than usual because you are trying to stay on of the ball, especially if you cross your ankles. I tried it this morning while playing tennis. It was intense, a better workout.
When I am making meat for tacos I use the low sodium taco mix. But as I am putting it in with the meat, I don't put the whole package in. This cuts down on the sodium and doesn't really take away the taco taste. I also lower the amount of water I use since I don't want too much water.
