When I drink my 10 8 oz glasses. I drink one with each meal. What the size of my glass is 24 oz so I drink 3 of those and then I drink one third of the 4th of the fourth glass to reach it. I drink the 24 oz glass since it helps me to keep on track.
When you hit a plateau and don't know what you're doing wrong. Don't berate yourself. I have hit a plateau. A three week one. Right after my surgery I stayed the same for two weeks. I was 338 for 3 weeks straight. How did I get past it? I seen a dietitian who told me to cut back my strength training and cardio. Also to do low carb. I now 3 lbs a week every week. Here is what I suggest you do. When you hit one; evaluate what you are doing. Everything from eating to exercise. Switch up your workout.
When I reached my heaviest I had a wake up call from my aunt who is now gone to be with God. One is God woke me up to the fact if I kept going this way I would be dead like my dad. Two was my aunt telling I was 160 lbs more than my father when he died. That alone scared me into weight loss.
as the title states and the category this one is about motivation. When I started July I was walking about 3.1 miles a day and I thought to myself when I seen about a 5k/10k here where I live hey I walk that much why not see if I can do it. So I trained every day for 2 months to get ready for it
When I feel depressed I listen to uplifting Christian music or I write poetry to help me deal with emotions but one thing I find that really helps is when I choose to be active because it instantly uplifts me too.
When I hit my plateau a while back I felt like things weren't working out so I decided to change out a few things Calorie intake I increased exercise increased both cardio and strength training
