I take my water to work. This way I don't think about buying pop out of the vending machine. I have saved $$$$. I rarely buy out of the machines at all so I know that I have saved at least $3 to $4 every 2 days.
I talk to co-workers about what I am doing to lose the weight and track what I eat. This keeps me on track and stay in my guidelines.
I need sweets now and then. I purchased the sugar free jolly rancher candy......4 pieces only 35 calories. Takes care of the sweet cravings.
Drink lots of water. I found that if I drink water when I think that I am hungry , that it takes care of my hunger thoughts.
