This is a good idea for the following reasons: It's beautiful out there with trees and plants and the like, fresh air is good for you and can help you clear your head if you're stressed, the sun = vitamin D, and, of course, going outside means you're moving, which is good for you!

Tracking Food First

I find it very helpful to load my plate with what I am going to eat and then take the few minutes it takes to track it on my phone. This way I get to eat it right away. I find that tracking at the end of the day makes me hungry as I look through lists of food

Best Green tea ever

I am a particular tea drinker, and plain green tea is usually too bitter for me to drink. My all time favorite tea is Stash brand Morrocan Mint Green tea, it's so good I don't need to add any sweetener or anything to it, but it takes really good with a packet of splenda too.
