I just discovered that skipping is just as much fun as an adult as it was as a kid. Plus it's a killer work out on the calves and ankles and boosted my heart rate in no time at all.

I hide my cars keys on Friday when I get home from work and don't take them out again until work on Monday morning. So, the bank, the grocery store, the farmer's market - all errands are accomplished by walking. It's also a great way to find new treasures in my neighborhood.
