When I can I pack a breakfast, lunch AND dinner plus a snack the day before to keep me on track! It really helps- although I can't do it that often.
Every day (well..most days!) after work I get off the bus before my stop...'forcing' myself to get a nice brisk evening walk in that lasts around 15 minutes to add to my work out for the day. :)
