Be sure to eat breakfast everyday! Breakfast used to be my Kryptonite but I have gotten into the habit of eating it. It gets the metabolism jump started in the morning and you won't over eat at lunch because you won't be STARVING.
Some days, its hard to be motivated about exercising. On those days, I always think how much closer to my goal I will be with a minimum of 30 minutes cardio. Afterward, I feel so good physically, mentally and emotionally. Watching my body change for the better is SUPER REWARDING!
