As we embrace the benefits of the changes we make, we develop new habits... hopefully, these are healthier, wholesome changes that will enhance our quality of life. This is what I am coming to learn for and about myself.
I love the burst of energy that I get after working out! I have "Walk Away the Pounds" (Leslie Sansone), PodRunner Intervals, and 5K101.com. I have no excuse to NOT get my workouut in. Rain, sleet, snow, extreme heat.... bring it on! I have my tools for a sustainable indoor and outdoor workout plan.
Finishing what I start helps me stay on track. I love the rushing surge of motivation I feel just as I approach the end of my workout... it's that feeling of accomplishment and inspiration all rolled into one.
