I have literally searched for YEARS to find a salad dressing that I like and that is low in calories and preservative-free. I finally found one and thought I'd share. It's super easy. 1T dijon mustard, 2T honey, 3T cider vinegar. It's the best honey mustard vinaigrette I've ever tasted. No preservatives and no after taste! Would work great as a marinade as well. It only has 25 calories per tablespoon. Enjoy!
When starting an exercise program, it's important to build in success from the start. Begin with a goal that is actually VERY EASY to attain. Example: When I decided to get up early to exercise, I literally started getting up only 5 minutes earlier. I even slept in my workout clothes so I could pop out of bed, put on my shoes & do my 5 minutes of exercise! I increased my time from there.
