When I switched from white bread to whole grain bread I started experiencing upset stomachs. But when I tried sprouted whole grain bread instead, my stomach did not object. And another benefit is a great nutty flavor and hearty texture. I don't eat any other kind of bread now.
I substitute tzatziki (yogurt-cucumber-dill dip) for mayo on sandwiches for added flavor. I love broccoli dipped in mayo, but substituting tzatziki is also delicious. I use tzatziki as a dip for grilled chicken breast. Yum! and only 30 calories vs 180 calories for 2 tablespoons.
