Easy Veggies

I was having trouble chewing the salads, so I took 3 carrots, 2 celery and at least a cup of spinach. Added a clove of garlic. My food adviser says at least a cup of spinach is so life giving. I chopped it in a food chopper and it was still crunchy, but easy to eat. Put a T of mayo and curry which I like. Switch the curry to something you like. I get a ton of raw veggies this way. I was telling a friend and she said she saw chopped salad on a menu recently. emoticon
