In the morning, I fill a 32oz container with water and ice. Once I've finished it, I can have my iced tea. I only drink water with dinner, so by just tracking the first half of my water consumption, I almost guarantee I get my 8 glasses.
I don't buy artificially sweetened, low fat, or otherwise "diet" foods. I want new habits that are better for me, and that means eating more fresh fruits and veggies, which bumps out more processed foods.
