I've got 2 issues and would welcome any suggestions.
My tip of the day: I try to do routine tasks on the same day of the week, so everything gets done, but not all at once. For example: grocery shopping - Wed., laundry - Fri. ironing - Sat.
I'm soooo glad I've just found a printable measuring tape on the Diet page of Spark. I've been looking for a flexible one (not the metal ones) for a while and just wanted to go get one today. No I have now more excuse not to get my measurements!
When I don't Feel Like Exercising... I just tell myself that I'm only going to do this for 15 min. That usually does the trick to get me started. Then, of course, I usually end up exercising longer!
