If we know we need changes to look and feel better, we plant the seed in our hearts and mind to keeping our eye on the prize no matter how long it is going to take us....time is not important if we work each day toward the prize.We will be motivated in the process.
Serve beans or bean soup for a meal a couple times a month.You will be feeding your family very healthy but cheaper.Also peanut butter is a very good meat replacement and very healthy.So are eggs...........made into omelets is a great delicious change.
To stay positive we have to learn to stay away or not listen to negative people !!!! If you have ever been really happy and somone negative messes up your happy mood than you know what I mean.A good support group is a great way to stay positive.TOPS is great and very affordable and so is OA.
