I have found my secret to successful weight loss is drinking more water and drinking that water through out the day. I start my water drinking just as I get out of bed and continue thorugh out the evening. The last thing I do at night is drink at least 4-6 ounces of water.
No matter what comes always think outside the box. As long as you are in the box, you will never see what is on the other side. I learned to not eat at my desk, but every twenty minutes get up and walk around the desk or to the water fountain. My desk (box) should not be my mantle, but my footstool.
