I drink my weights!

I freeze fairly large bottles of water and use them for weights when my usual ones are too heavy for a couple of exercises. Then, I drink them as they thaw. Refill and repeat!

Freeze your drinks into cubes!

I make ice cubes of coffee, lemonade, tea, apple juice, etc. Your drinks stay cold and not watered down! Plus, you can mix and match. Say, lemonade cubes in your tea?

A new lemon chicken!

I love roasting chicken with lemon juice, but last night I had none. As a test, I poured Crystal Light lemonade over my chicken, and it was super moist with just a hint of lemon flavor. Next time I'll make the lemonade double strength, but this is wonderful and low cal!

A different mustard

I have been using mustard rather than mayo to cut a LOT of calories, but the yellow stuff was getting--- well, mustardy. I tried French's Horseradish Brown Mustard for a particular dish, and now use it for everything! It's got just enough bite to be interesting without burning your mouth. Try it!!!
