Broccoli is my secret. it is my favorite vegi and it keeps me healthy. its full of good for you nutrients and i can eat it steamed or raw or in soups and i still love it and know i'm being healthy.
My motivation to get in shape and be healthier is 1) my dog who always looks at me with big brown eyes just so i can play with her and 2) the thought of having children. How can i teach them to be healthy and have a healthy start if i'm not healthy?
