It is important to stick with a productive exercise plan. It is imperative to increase that plan. As your body changes it is going to plateau, which means you are going to have to work harder. Burn more calories by increasing the time you spend exercising and by adding weights. Increase a little at a time. You did not gain this weight over night, you won't lose it overnight either.
