Exercise, Exercise and More Exercise

It is important to stick with a productive exercise plan. It is imperative to increase that plan. As your body changes it is going to plateau, which means you are going to have to work harder. Burn more calories by increasing the time you spend exercising and by adding weights. Increase a little at a time. You did not gain this weight over night, you won't lose it overnight either. emoticon

Staying Accountable

OK! I've bragged on this website and recommended it to other people. I have even found some people that started on sparkpeople and quit. Now I've got people watching me and I can't let them down. They're watching me to see if I lose weight or stay on plan keeps me accountable for using the meal plan and exercising. javascript:void(0);
