Find healthy swaps

If you like..
* ice cream, find a healthier version (I like Dreyer's double churned no sugar added)
* fried chicken, find a baked version that you like
* high salt & fat snacks, try salted dry roasted edamame

There are always better options!

Great Salad with less dressing

I figured out a trick a few years ago that makes salad dressing go much further. Put your bagged salad (or dried torn lettuce) in a ziploc bag, add dressing, seal and shake. The dressing ends up covering every part of the lettuce. Less is more!

Plan my meals

Every week on my day off I figure out what i'll be making for dinner, and packing for lunch/snacks etc for the next week, entering it in the Nutrition Tracker. I can fine tune it all so that I meet my nutritional needs and stay in my target caloric range!
