Besides all the other awesome benefits - adding these to your meals reallllly helps you stay full. They're about 63 calories and 5g fat per tablespoon, but I've cut out over 300 calories a day with the feeling of 'full' i get from them. Fantastic!

I'm not very crafty or do it yourself, but I have a body scrub addiction and it was starting to cost too much..so I looked into doing it myself and it was so easy! I use good ol' white sugar (you can also use salt or brown sugar for varying textures - I like it rough) and I mixed it with lime infused olive oil. I had that as a gift and am unsure of how much it would cost to buy, but you could use plain olive oil also and then just add some essential oils for yummy scents.

Pop in a piece of sugar free gum to keep your mouth busy in order to avoid unnecessary snacking. Also, chewing mint gum lessens your desire to eat because your breath is so fresh and clean :)

I'm not one for stringent plans, but when it comes to meals, it's necessary to have a solid idea. When I know what I'm eating for my next meal or snack, it's easy to stay focused, as my mind is not thinking about WHAT to eat. That's when temptation sets in. Always have your meals planned. Or at least a good idea.

Getting to the gym is an issue I have. Once I'm home - the couch is tooo comfy and TV is tooo entertaining. Lately I've found that having my gym bag with me at all times with a change of clothes in it really helps. There's no reason to go home and get distracted if you always have it on you. After work...or when you're out running errands - you're always ready to stop by the gym.
One of my BIG issues is portion control. To help this, I pre portion all of my snacks so they're quick and handy and I'm not tempted to over eat. From grapes to crackers...I make sure I know exactly how many I'm eating

To make sure I drink my 8 glasses of water every day, I fill up a 32oz bottle in the morning and drink it throughout the day. Once it's been filled twice I know I'm on track. For some reason it encourages me to drink more and makes it seem a lot easier to accomplish. I've had over 64+ oz every day since I started doing this!!
