Carry Lime for Low Cal Restaurant Salads

Lime juice can serve as a healthy, low-cal substitute for salad dressing. I have found that I prefer the zing of lime on my salads! Salads in restaurants usually have enough added calories before adding the dressing. One way I keep the calories and fat down is to bring a cut lime in a baggie when I plan to order a salad at a restaurant. Ask them to hold the dressing, squeeze on the lime at the table, and enjoy!

Brookside Dark Chocolate Pomegranate Candy

These candies are small dark chocolate covered pomegranate chews. They are 180 calories for about 20 pieces, and for me, about 2-5 pieces is a great treat! These are the perfect candy for people with chocolate cravings. Pop one or two and the craving is gone, without adding many calories to your day!
