There is nothing more motivating than to encourage other people and cheer them on!! Although I cannot explain it, it definitely boosts me to help others!! Try it and see!!
Some days, I just don't feel like getting out to exercise. I really have to give myself a good pep talk: "Now Margie, you know you will feel better afterward! You know consistency is the key to weight loss and good health!! It doesn't take that long... JUST DO IT!!" and I'm always glad I did!
I have tried to diet alone many times, and although many times I would lose some weight... I never had the motivation to keep going. I feel the success I have had THIS time is from finding a great Spark Team with likeminded people to push me to greater challenges and encourage me when it gets hard!
