Just go to bed!

I am really bad about snacking at night. I start to get really hungry (or bored?) around 9pm. So when that happens and I don't want to cheat, I just go to bed early instead of staying up til my usual 11. And as a result, I get more sleep and watch less TV too! It's a win-win.
