Pick up a weight (or weights) totalling the amount of weight that you have lost or that you want to lose.
If you have already lost that amount of weight its amazing really give yourself a visual cue of the weight that you are no longer carrying around.

Each week I write down a weekly schedule hanging on a dry erase board next to my couch (so on my lazy days I know its staring right at me). I write down all the things I have to do (like work and appointments) and schedule all my workouts, including the times.
