Just start walking or moving any way you can every day. 5 minutes is an easy amount of time that all of us can find in the day. It will help you feel better about yourself and in turn, will help you turn the corner again to get back on track.
When I do laundry, I make multiple trips to and from the laundry room. It increases my walking steps that I take throughout the day. Also, parking farther away from a store seems inefficient but it helps to increase steps. Plus, taking the cart back to the store takes time but increases my steps.
