On the weekends I find my motivation slips a little. What I'll do to curb that is put on my workout clothes first thing in the morning. It kind of makes you feel obligated to exercise once all the proper gear is on.
No matter what the scale says know that you are doing everything you are suppose to. It will show eventually
just hang in there and 'Never give up"

I got this heart rate monitor a year ago. I love it. I don't do any exercise without it. It is so easy to use. Plus it is great to see how many calories you are really burning. Highly recommended for first time HRM buyers.
Hang in there
Don't give up, if you have a bad day there is always tomorrow. Just think how much better off you are than if you didn't try at all. A slow weight loss is sure better than a gain.
home made is better
I love to find healthy recipes or develop my own subs for less healthy ones. I try to keep processed foods out of our home and diet.
FOCUS ON TODAY
TODAY is a new day. TODAY I can do better than I did yesterday. TODAY I can make better choices. TODAY I will exercise. TODAY I will not focus on my mistakes of yesterday.
1 Day A Week Veggie Exploration
One of the best ways I found to increase my veggie intake was to explore new kinds by making one day a week vegetarian. I explored new recipes, which had me trying new vegetables or preparing them in new ways. I still like my lean proteins, but I also look forward to my veggie days too.
Practice discipline at the grocery store
If you don't buy it, you can't eat it! If you can practice discipline at the grocery store--by not buyingunhealthy food, you won't have it at home. This will put you one step closer to achieving your healthy eating goals. I try to be very focused and stick to a list when grocery shopping.
