EAT MORE RAW AND FRESH VEGGIES
LESS RED MEATS
EAT MORE UNPROCESSED FOODS
EAT MORE ORGANIC FOODS
REMOVE YOURSELF FROM THE NEGATIVE CONFRONTATION
STOP. DROP. AND ROLL.
FROM A YOGA STAND POINT....STOP, REMOVE YOURSELF FROM THE NEGATIVE SITUATION.
DROP, YOUR SHOULDERS AND CHIN TO YOUR CHEST, DEEP BREATHE.
AND ROLL YOUR SHOULDERS FORWARD SLOWLY WHILE YOU DEEP BREATHE.

This past week I had lower back troubles with pain
radiating down both legs down onto my feet. Never
in my life did I ever feel pain like this. I did research
and I am not a big fan of medicine, so I turned my complete
attention to Yoga and the different poses that target
pain in the body.
LETTING GO OF THE NEGATIVE EMOTIONS
Meditation is a great release! The more I listen to
meditation music opposed to music with lyrics and a
fast rhymtic beat, it is easier to let go of negative emotions
and breathe! It is so cleansing!

DO NOT OVERCOOK YOUR MEALS
I STEAM MY VEGGIES AND MAKE SURE THEY STILL HAVE A SLIGHT CRUNCH TO THEM.
I BAKE FISH, NO MORE FRYING.
I DON'T OVERCOOK MY MEALS AS I ONCE DID!
I LEARNED NOT EATING GLUTEN HELPED
STABLIZE MY GLUCOSE LEVEL. I EAT PRODUCTS WITH
NO ENRICHED FLOUR AND FEEL GREAT! I HAVE LOST
INCHES AND MY ENERGY LEVEL IS UP!!
