I can't count how many times I've packed a healthy lunch to take to work and then left it in the fridge. I usually eat it for dinner but then I'm left without a good lunch.
I have white, textured vinyl flooring in my kitchen and hallway. I live in a vintage building so the grime has been building up for a while. I've tried everything to get it clean but still the grime was in the textured indents. Then I discovered that foaming bathroom cleaner works to lift up the gunk. it. My white floor is white again! (and I sound like a 50's house wife in a commercial!)
Buy a bag of really small rubber bands, the kind used for multi-braiding hair. Put a rubber band around the top of the hanger, when you wear the item remove the rubber band. At the end of the season or six months, any item with a rubber band still on the hanger hasn't been worn and needs to go to a new home.
I live in a vintage building and my kitchen has doors that can be closed. I've created a "Kitchen is Closed" sign. After meal time is done and I've cleaned up, the kitchen doors are closed and the sign goes up. This will remind me not to graze between meals or pre-planned snacks.
I try to workout when I first wake up so if I sleep in my shorts and tee shirt then I'm almost dressed and ready to go as soon as my feet hit the floor. It also helps if I have breakfast laid out, so I just have to flip a switch and slice a banana.
