It's very basic -- kind of bottom line

If your plan is to get healthy and that includes losing weight and keeping it off, the bottom line is that you need to eat less calories than you burn. Fill up with foods not full of fat and sugar! The other item that is important is exercise. One way to start is walking - walk 20 min daily.
