If you are craving a certain food and really want to eat it, go out and eat it instead of bringing it home...once you had your fix you are done and can get back on track..If you bring it home you will keep eating eat! LEAVE IT OUTSIDE the home...for instance you want french fries, go and get a small portion, eat it and move on...don't deprive yourself...It is healthy to cheat once a week...
