Use Whole Eggs

There is a lot of misunderstanding about the nutritional value of eggs--but one thing many seem to overlook in changing to egg whites only is that they are missing out on some of the most important nutrients that are found only in the yolk. I have always included eggs for breakfast several times per week and my cholesterol is in the very low category. They are filling and help me stay with my eating plan the rest of the day. Eat eggs!

Paper Clip Chain

I keep a chain of paper clips next to my computer monitor at work. Each paper clip represents one pound lost. They are always front and center to help keep me motivated. I remember to say "No thank you" to the office doughnuts.
