Dig out the thick insides of a subroll to drastically reduce calories. First find a subroll that has nutritional info, measure it, cut your insides out and remeasure to get an accurate calorie count. An average whole wheat subroll can go from 220 to 160 calories and you will never know the difference!
One of the major things holding me back from starting a new healthy lifestyle was smoking. Smoking was truly my small snowball...but as it rolled downhill my choices of exercise and dining became a big avalanche...although it has only been 72 hours...I already feel better and have been making better choices
