Start the day with a positive thought about what you have already achieved and how you're going to get one step close to your ultimate goal that day...if you feel like you fell off the wagon a teeny bit the day before, don't beat yourself up. Remember that you have more days to come to get closer to your goal, and that today is the perfect day to re-start on them :)
Starting my day with a nice workout really sets my day up for success with my weight loss goals...I leave the gym feeling energized and wanting to eat healthy so that I can maximize the benefit of the workout that I just did. I also keep in mind the hard work that it takes me to burn the 500 calories I typically burn in my morning workout, making the decision to not let that hard work go to waste by straying from my healthy eating habits that much easier
Clean eating all the way! Cutting out processed foods and junk that our bodies can do without really helped in my case, as i'm sure it will with anyone else's if you have not already switched to this approach. Whole grains, legumes, veggies, fruits, lean and non-processed protein sources, and healthy fats are definitely the way to go to prevent from feeling hungry, all the while losing weight and breaking past a plateau
