Boboli makes a 100% whole what pizza crust, I like to throw some low-sugar marinara sauce on it, mozzarella cheese, some minced garlic, assorted vegetables (my favorite is broccoli and onion), and a sprinkle of almost every spice in my cabinet.
I have been trying to cut back on added sugar which hampers my ice-cream options. What I do now is mix 1/2 cup Breyer's no sugar added Vanilla ice cream with 1/2 cup of frozen fruits and a tbsp of wheat germ. I mix with a spoon, and I enjoy a sorbet-like treat.
This isn't my secret, it's one of his weight-loss rules that I thought would be very challenging but instead am finding it to be very helpful. Stop eating 3 hours before bedtime.

every night before i go to bed i fill a glass of water and put it by my bed. in the morning it's the first thing i see and i take it with me as i start my day. i get in my first 2 glasses of water easily, and i actually have come to enjoy drinking water first thing in the morning. it also makes it easier to drink it the rest of the day.
i find that if i can get in a couple of servings of fruits and veggies for breakfast, i am more likely to meet my 5 servings quota.. to do this - one fruit and a glass of juice* can total up to 3 servings..
once a day i like to take some time to envision where i would like to be on the same date one year ahead. what do i want to look like, where do i want to be going, what do i want to be doing.
