fiber bars

High fiber bars are my secret weapon to not feeling deprived. I like Fiber One and Fiber Plus- both have 9 grams fiber! About 130 cal.
Eating Right (from Safeway) has a nice 100 cal nutrition bar too. I use for breakfast along with fruit and a little cottage cheese. Or I use for a snack.
