My breakfast of choice is a Weight Watchers Smart Ones Breakfast Quesadilla. It has egg whites, low-fat cheese, veggies, and turkey bacon in it. Just be prepared to adjust your cooking time to your microwave. I cook mine at 1:38 instead of the 2:00 minute suggested time. They are so filling/good

By adding in tomatoes to eggs, a V8 drink for a snack, and adding salads to lunch and dinner, I can manage to get my goal for veggies! (and they are soooo filling!)
Really, this category should be: EVERYTHING! That's what this book contains. It is inspiring as well as informational. There are so many good things in it to highlight! I finished mine today!
