Small changes

When cooking or eating the smallest changes can make a big difference such as using non fat sour cream and lower fat cheeses. That is also true when eating condiments. I always go for the liter versions. I also try to stay away from white flour and sugar. I try to eat whole wheat products.

Encouraging Each Other

Part of the uniqueness of Sparkpeople is the fact that everyone is there to support one another. If you weigh more than 100 pounds than you should no one cares. They are there to support you and care about you even when you have a bad week or whatever. This is such a great group of people.
