I do not like the consistancy of oatmeal! But I know the benefits of it. So instead of 'gag me with a spoon' by eating it the traditional way- hot water and making paste with it- I grind it in my magic bullet and make it into flour. I blend it with whole wheat flour to make healthy chocolate chip cookies for my family- they love it!
Walking with my dogs keeps me from getting lonely. It keeps me motivated because they need the exercise and so do I. I walk for an hour or so with one in the carriage and one walking beside me, then switch and give both equal time. Pushing the extra weight makes me work out harder, walk longer and both my babies get time with mommy!
