Nutrition Information

With the downsizing of things, I've noticed that the SP nutrition isn't the same as the item currently. Frequently the serving size is smaller or the "recipe" for the food has changed dramatically. Double check online with the product to make sure of your counts.

Stairs one flight at a time

Every hour (as many as I can remember) I get up from my desk and walk 3 flights of stairs outside my door for a quick perk me up. It helps to get my heart rate up and adds to steps for the day. If I'm really motivated, I do it 2-3 times.

Eat Protein for Breakfast for a Great Start

If you eat a high protein/low carb breakfast you are not as likely to snack through the day. You feel fuller, longer and don't have the mood swings.
