line dancing is my thing.

I belong to a Senior Center that just loves to line dance.
We go 5 days a week for 2 hours a day. I am really soaking wet with sweat when I am finished. I have been loosing weight as i hate missing any day of it.

staying on Protien and salads

Doing the so called ATKINS diet I have found out that my LDL cholesterol level is a little high.
I am wondering if I should stick with this diet or transfer with more fruits etcs. in it. emoticon

Have you looked at yourself lately?

Take a picture or movie camera of yourself. You will see how much you really haven't been paying attention.
This is a motivating technique that I use. I put a picture of my heaviest weight on my refrigerator. It give me a great reminder where I am going.

Reseting my ticker to 0 every week.

I set my ticker to zero after weighing in every week. This is showing me how much I lost in the week and it shows me how far I have to go.

I am starting a new thing this week. I have learned how to set my ticker to 0 and it tells me how much I lost and then it tells me how much I have left to loose.

Chew 20 times before swallowing food.

If you chew your food longer you will give yourself a relaxing and time for your food to hit your full point.

This will give you more time to digest it properly.
