I did not take any "before" pictures. I guess I really did not have faith in myself that I would have success. Now, 100 lbs later, I wish I had taken measurements and pictures so I could see how far I have come. So, if you are just starting out, make sure to take measurements and pics!!
Don't think that veggies are just for lunch or dinner...add them to breakfast. Scramble eggs or make omelettes with squash, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, fresh green beans, spinach, or whatever veggie you like. I find that it keeps me much more satisfied!

It really does work. Foot fatigue can affect your entire body. I keep a second pair of shoes under my desk and change in the afternoon. It really refreshes you! And it is calorie free!!
