Ten Minute Break at Work

Try to see how many exercises you can do for a specific body part in ten minutes and track under other exercises. This allows you to keep track of the ones you have done so that you do not get bored or work the same group of muscles two days in a row

Car Lights

The next time you have an oil change, make sure to go by a store that has glass windows. Use the window to check your car lights for dimness or outage, both front and rear. That way you can see if you need to change your brake, rear, and headlights before your next trip at night.

Teen Conversation

Talking with your teen can be a challenge when all you want to do is give advice and tell them what they should be doing. Remember to let your teen vent because they spend all day around adults who tell them what to do and where to go. Sometimes venting helps your teen become better communicators. You have to let them live even though inside you think you will die if they make the mistake you want them to avoid. If your teen feels comfortable talking to you, things are good for both of you!

FOLEX FOR CARPET STAINS

Folex is in a white bottle with purple writing and has a spray trigger. If you have an old food stain, spray some directly onto the stain and rub with your finger or sponge. I have seen it work on 2 month old chocolate stain that was dried into the carpet after using another product. It is a little slice of carpet heaven in a bottle. Works even faster mixed with hot water....

Money Savvy Kids

See if your bank has an account for your teen that includes a check card. It helps build credit for your teen with the bank. Tweens can get similar experience with a savings account to build the same type of credit.
