Don't think about it, just do it!

Whenever I find myself thinking about my exercise (ie: running) and I'm tired, I end up talking myself out of it. If I stop my mind chatter and go thru the motions, I get myself out there and am glad for it. The less I think about it, the more I do it.

Breakfast is better with protein

Whenever I eat protein, like a soy patty or lean turkey sausage, with my bkfst, as opposed to whole grain cereal/oatmeal and fruit, I am fuller and more satisfied longer. Both types of meals are still 300 calories, but I am more satisfied with protein. It helps me stay on track.

Breathe away the hunger

I was hungry and craved a warm pretzel in the food court. I was just about to indulge when I remembered hearing a trick: Just deep breathe. It worked long enough to take my mind off the pretzel craving!
