quick and easy! I hate waiting for food to cook. So, I placed a potato in a plastic grocery bag trapped air in the bag. tid the bag closed. and set the time to cook for 5 mins. Wow! it really works. A fresh bake potato when ever you want

I have discovered that if I drink a tall glass of water before my meal, that it causes my stomach to be full quicker, therefore less calories are eaten, and as soon as I feel full I stop eating. I just push the plate away.

I'm Back and I've Missed Sparking!

Everytime I come up with an Excuse not to do something (Not workout, not make healthy food choices etc) I make myself come up with 3 reason to do it. Usually the Reasons win and I end up making the better decision

Remind Yourself What You Are Doing Right Sometimes I don't feel like I'm doing anything right. At times like this, it helps to review the good habits that I have already established to keep from becoming discouraged. It's surprising to realize, even on a "bad" day how many GOOD choices I make.
