Develop a personal DECLARATION - to empower you during challenging times. I have a couple of them:
quick and easy! I hate waiting for food to cook. So, I placed a potato in a plastic grocery bag trapped air in the bag. tid the bag closed. and set the time to cook for 5 mins. Wow! it really works. A fresh bake potato when ever you want
I have discovered that if I drink a tall glass of water before my meal, that it causes my stomach to be full quicker, therefore less calories are eaten, and as soon as I feel full I stop eating. I just push the plate away.
Don't shop on the run -- make a list of the healthy items you need for a week!
No time to Spark seems to have resulted in not making time for my fitness routine. I'm coming up to what could be the busiest time of my life and I'm going to keep Sparking my way through it! :-D My success seems to encourage others, so LET THE SPARKING BEGIN! (again!) ;-D
Snacks are am important part of a Healthy Diet and Exercise Program. They provide you with the energy needed to support you bodies need throughout the day.
No matter what happened the day before, I remember that I have another chance tomorrow. The coolest thing about waking up in the morning (well other than being alive I guess lol) is having a brand new day full of promise and chances to succeed.
Sometimes I don't feel like I'm doing anything right. At times like this, it helps to review the good habits that I have already established to keep from becoming discouraged. It's surprising to realize, even on a "bad" day how many GOOD choices I make.
