Make a menu for the week of every meal and snack you will eat. Grocery shop based off of your menu. Then when you get home, portion out everything for the week. By taking the extra time when putting groceries away everything is ready for you giving you one less excuse and making it that much easier - especially on crazy busy days

Natural & Inexpensive Fabric Softener Instead of buying a chemical fabric softener (which some people are allergic to), try using White Vinegar. I use it & it really works great! The smell washes out in the rinse water & leaves the wash soft & suds-free!

Set mini distance goals while running
To be able to run greater distances, I pick a landmark ahead of me on the run, and I tell myself that I can make it to that point. Once I get there, I pick another landmark and so on. Before I know it, I've run the entire route and I feel great not having given up at any point before the finish.
