In the nutrition tracker, I have started tracking my dietary fibre numbers.
On the days that I achieve my fibre targets I am much more likely to be able to stick to my calorie range with relative ease.
To me, its fruity (which means sweet in my mind) - and 0 calories. What's not to love?

I find it is so much easier to eat healthily throughout the day, if I sit down for a proper meal, that is based around a good serve of vegetables.
In summer, this would mean basing the meal on a lovely salad, and in winter making yummy low fat, high vegetable soups or even ratatouille.
