No matter what the scale says, it doesn't change how you feel or how you look. In fact, it means very little in the grand scheme of things. Expect nothing and any loss will be a pleasant surprise and cause for celebration.
There are a lot of little things we should do to change our bodies and our health. But the ONLY thing you MUST do is never give up. Don't beat yourself up for mistakes, just move on and celebrate yourself for getting back on track.
You wouldn't tell your best friend that she is fat or ugly or worthless, so don't say it to yourself! Tell yourself you are beautiful, with or without the extra weight. You are the same wonderful person regardless of what you weigh. Weight and Worth are separate.
Celebrate healthy food, don't lament the bad stuff.
